Hesse re-signed with the Falcons this offseason after securing nine of 11 targets for 89 yards in 17 games last year. Despite the lack of production, Hesse played a critical blocking role in the run-first offense (619 snaps) and was a core special-teamer (221 snaps). The undrafted tight end out of Iowa may see a decrease in snaps with Kyle Pitts healthy and Jonnu Smith now in town, but Hesse is still a valuable depth piece for Atlanta in 2023.
