At this point in his career Barkley is really just a journeyman who is unlikely to see the field. He hasn't appeared in a game since 2020 and has produced more turnovers than scores in his time in the league. He'll have a chance to compete with Kyle Allen for the backup role, so it's not out of the question that if Josh Allen is injured that the team will turn to Barkley instead of Kyle Allen.
