Long regarded as the NFL's best kicker, Tucker took a step back the past couple years and now has a much bigger problem on hand. A report in late January revealed numerous allegations of sexual misconduct, with additional accusations emerging later on. The Ravens released him in May and called it a "football decision", but that doesn't mean other teams will have interest in a declining player facing such serious accusations.
