Derrick Henry is no longer in Tennessee, but the team will still need a physical running back to complement the speed and shiftiness of Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard, who figure to lead the Titans backfield in 2024. Johnson might be that guy. Signed as a UDFA out of Washington, Johnson can grind out yardage inside the tackles and has the balance to stay upright in heavy traffic. He won't run away from defenders, but he could see enough goal-line work to have value if he makes the gameday roster.
