Henderson fell out of favor with the Rams after failing in multiple attempts to secure a larger role and got waived late in 2022, but he was brought back in 2023 after injuries piled up in the team's backfield. He lasted only four games before being waived once again. Henderson can still flash the speed that made him a third-round pick in 2019, but he has trouble finding open space on his own, averaging just 2.4 yards per carry in his limited touches last year. He might fit as a passing-down option for another team.
