Dallin Holker

Holker went undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft despite recording 64 catches for 767 yards and six touchdowns at Colorado State in 2023, as blocking is a major weakness for the 6-foot-3, 231-pound tight end, and Holker didn't help his case with a slow 4.77-second 40-yard dash. While Holker showcased good hands and route running in college, he could struggle to get open against NFL defenders, who are far more athletic than the Mountain West Conference competition he faced at Colorado State. Before worrying about that, Holker will first have an uphill climb to secure a roster spot on a Saints tight end depth chart that has three virtual locks to make the team in Juwan Johnson, Taysom Hill and Foster Moreau.
