For fantasy he’s a high end QB2 who will have some splash weeks. Running game is too good in Miami so he’s gonna be inconsistent

He’s a mid QB elevated by a QB friendly offensive system and weapons who can outrun a car. He will be paid too much for managing the game well and not because he has elite ability.
