Xavier worthy or brock bowers in a rookie draft with 4th pick?

Not sure what to do with this team, I’ve been rebuilding for like 3 years and finally competed last year. 1qb league Qb: stroud, Herbert RB: McCaffrey, etienne, KW3 WR: Reek, AMRSB, Garret W, Davanta smith, zay flowers, Kupp, JSN Te: mark Andrews, Pitts I finished second and have the 1.08. Should I consider overpaying to get Elite talent and is it worth trading my older players and keep my team young?

Trade zay flowers and 2.12 for waddle. I would be receiving waddle. 12 team superflex dynasty league full ppr. Any advice on the trade would be greatly appreciated

Trade Amon Ra for Bijan? Full PPR dynasty. Have Chase and JJ plus Jameson Williams who I am hoping takes off this year. Weak at RB.
