Am I crazy to trade Caleb Williams away for the 1.02 this season? I have Josh Allen and Bryce young but am hurting at RB and would really like Omarion Hampton.

Personally, I don’t think Caleb is worth that much. People get kinda nutty in SF leagues about QBs. For some reason their buy prices are way lower than their sell prices, lol. It’s a really hard variable to nail down, and I think it’s simply because QBs retain their value better than any other position. That being said…whether I’d do this depends on my team. If I’m not a lock contender (like a favorite rather than just a fringe contender), then I’m a firm believer that I build until I am. And the first thing to do in SF is locking down the 3 QBs if you’re building.

I’m hopeful that Bryce is turning the corner in his career, but I’m not comfortable enough yet that I would make moves that depend on him as a key starter. Maybe you can say the same thing about Caleb to be fair. I think I’d rather see one or both play well this year before I considered myself secure at QB in a SF league and traded to move one of them
