First year playing a league with two flex spots (up until now I’ve played traditional espn format). Is having really good flexes/wrs good enough to make up for a bad rb room?

A440 yesterday

Nothing really makes up for a bad RB room, since RBs tend to provide the best WOR rate. If your WRs in the flex are incredibly good, then yes. That would provide an excellent WOR, but they’d have to be top 20ish (over an above your starting WRs) which is unlikely.

@A440 I have CeeDee, London, BTJ, and Tyreek

Then rb I got Tyrone Tracy and Jerome ford (I’m gonna draft a replacement for ford in the draft prolly)

in my opinion it is hard to say considering WR is one of the most volatile positions and RB provides more of a stable floor weekly because of the guaranteed touches.

@A440 Pickens, pearsall, Jalen McMillan, leggette, ad Mitchell

Yes start two two flex

Najee is a cheap buy right now, and I’ve been convinced that’s a solid purchase. I’d feel a lot better having someone like him, even if he doesn’t currently have a team

@A440 when your talking about buying rbs being difficult end of offseason, are there better times to try and make moves for players? Me and my entire league is all new to dynasty so I’m not sure if that would apply here?

longhornsatw yesterday

Yeah a lot of people in the league haven’t figured out the value of picks because it’s a new concept to everyone. I’ve been able to get 4 2027 firsts really cheap

A440 yesterday

Typically, the cycle is youth and draft pick values skyrocket around this time (with the exception of future years). Vets are nearly unsellable at this time (their values don’t really drop, you just have a hard time selling them unless it’s fire sale prices). This continues up to and through your rookie draft. Vets and especially RBs tend to increase in value as you get closer to the season opener and into the early season all the way through the trade deadline. This is primarily because people take their long term planning hats off and start trying to win now. So perceived producers keep moving much easier.

A new league (and especially new players) will likely take 3-4 years to settle into rhythms

You think I could pick up a vet rb like derrick Henry for cheap? They guy whose got him right now has got him on his bench, and has Chase brown, Bucky, and Bijan. Even though Henry’s old I think he’s still got several years before he considers retirement

longhornsatw yesterday

Alright. Appreciate the help bro.

Middle of the pack but with 1.02 and 1.10 this year. Thoughts on Pacheco and Tracy’s dynasty value and if I should trade to upgrade to get rb or trade for picks a rookie

What y’all think ab jamo in dynasty? Hold or sell? Really like him. Tried selling in the past but almost everyone has him undervalued imo. What do you guys think?

Traded malik Washington, dowdle, 3.10 and 4.10 to get Chubba Hubbard. Was that a good trade or to much?

NotSamGunner  •  3 hours ago

Warning! Do not get into a league with @killerelite25 or @killbox1alpha (same person, he goes by Martin). They are scamming individuals to pay via PayPal and then he changed his user name at the end of the season. If anyone would like any information feel free to reach out.
