The rumors of Herbert forgetting how to play quarterback because Harbaugh WANTS to run the ball are greatly exaggerated, lol, he may slide down a spot or two but I expect him to finish in the top 10, and wouldn't be surprised if he finishes in the top 5, my advice is buy buy buy, his value won't be this low again for a long time

If you feel like you need a different quarterback, I would wait until the season starts, and Herbert plays like he has always played, at least you won't be selling at his rock bottom value
