“Cowboys' offer would make Dak 2nd-highest-paid QB https://t.co/Oax9QZ6dr3”

It's like the Academy awards, the hype comes around every year. This is the year, all the talent, all the money and names. Then the season comes and goes and it's always a disappointment. Ummm no, the 49ers were the 3rd best team all year and they received no national attention until they beat Cleveland. Still nobody thought the 49ers would do anything in the playoffs, then the Super Bowl and they almost won it all. They generally are the underdogs since the early 90's but have won just as much Super Bowl hardware as the Cowboys. Yes, there will be bandwagon fans and New England will soon be smacked in the face with but Dallas fans are the craziest. You're very wrong, they have won a lot of shit many years ago before they became a fad.

Doez32 4 years ago

@GarageJitsu what? So you just like the cowboys because they’re hyped? They haven’t done a damn thing in how long? Clown ass HypeBeast

Doez32 4 years ago

Buzz = Fad you idiot

Doez32 4 years ago

@GarageJitsu wants go his team to the playoffs, which ended up winning the super bowl.

DiggingErtz 4 years ago

@marksuave25 dak won rookie of the Year. Been to 2 pro bowls. And has everything else over wentz but the one thing that matters. A ring. And also I'm not doubting wentz talent. But if these cowboys get somewhat of a defense that can actually impact a game, instead of them letting the other team score basically at will, then they will be dangerous.

DiggingErtz 4 years ago

I don't want dak signing that contract. I want him to sign a contract thats good for both parties. Having a $45 mil final year iant gonna win you a SB. Zekes and coopers contract arnt gonna win us a SB. I wish theae fucking players wpuld realize thats it's about winning and not making the most money regardless you win or lose. That's juat fucked in my opinion. I'm a die hard through and through. But if dak don't sign because hes being greedy. Sign that offense over to dalton and spend that money in the defense and get that fucking train Rollin.

“Wants go his team to playoffs, which ended up winning the super bowl” lmao tf does that even mean

ShuksThaMan 4 years ago

So why would anyone want to pay this man that much he couldnt beat the eagles secondary the last time they played the eagles and they were all backups and the backups backups lol

Dlineplayer63 4 years ago

@DiggingErtz Yes, thank you a real fan. I agree with you on most of that statement, however I do disagree that most of the players think ot is all about making as much money as possible, winning and losing was put to the side when Free Agency exploded in the 90's. What sad is playing for Dallas opens up so much more exposure, Dak does not need 40 mil a year contract to make that much money. Plus this is his first resign, can you imagine his ego if he resigns after winning anither playoff game? This fool might be demanding 100 mil a year in 5 years and 0 SB trophy's

100% look how hard them,guys played for the game back then for nothing basically. Dak needs money but c'mon man. You need SB first.

Bjones97 4 years ago

Stupid. Highly overpaid. Hasn’t proved enough to be the 2nd highest paid QB EVER. Think about the people he would be getting paid more than!!

Doez32 4 years ago

@GarageJitsu how’s that not relevant? You’re ignorant if you think otherwise

GarageJitsu 4 years ago

@Doez32 I don’t even know what your talking about tbh. Not one of the comments you made mentioning me made any sense lmao

Doez32 4 years ago

@GarageJitsu reading is difficult ha?

WhiteSauce 4 years ago

Players get to play 10 years if they’re lucky, it’s not like your average career. They’re trying to get as much as they can as quick as they can. Never know when that body is going to give out.

To say they owe the team loyalty, and should put wins over money is pretty naive.

Notice how badly the cowboys want him to stay, and it’s not because he’s bad.
