Personally I am of the mindset Lamar needs to be traded this year that he just hit his ceiling He's the most passing yards he's ever had and for running quarterbacks 30 years is their age cliff He's 28 right now. Even with all that I'm not trading him for this little bit You should be able to get twice this for him.

For a rebuild, that’s a good tier down. Plus, you wanna score less points. So get a solid QB and 2 1sts. Doubt the guy will add more to that

No way I’d have moved Lamar for that. Your needs are irrelevant to Lamar’s value. In fact, I’d argue that BECAUSE you’re in a rebuild, you have to maximize the value of the assets you DO have.
