Offered 25' 1.05, 1.11, and 1.12 for 1.01. Also offered London plus 2.05 and 2.08 for 1.01. thoughts? considering countering for a 26 first in both, removing the 1.12 in first trade and both seconds in 2nd trade

I wouldn’t say it needs a LOT more in a SF, 3 firsts to step down 4 spots isn’t a bad deal at all and I have a hard time believing you could do better. The London one, I’d probably need some capital from this year and see what that looks like. But in reality, you can easily wait till after the draft, because if they’re willing to pay it now before they even know, they’ll be willing to pay it after (as would others). I’m a firm believer that if you have the 1.01, you don’t move it till after the draft at the earliest. If you move it at all. There’s simply no way the pick becomes less valuable after the draft.

yea i like both in the rebuild im in right now, but debating just risking it and waiting for price to rise
