Why wasn’t the Punt Block counted for the Commanders?

@JonathanTolley on some sites. When a punt is blocked and goes backwards it is considered a “blocked kick” in fantasy scoring. When a punt is blocked and still travels forward it is considered a normal punt of whatever yardage. In this case it was scored as a 23 yard punt by Dallas
