You can try to convince someone Pacheco will be important again this year. I’m assuming this a 2QB or superflex. If not 3 QB’s is wildly excessive in 10 teams

No way to advise you on that unfortunately. Look at your league. See who needs what and go from there. Every league has different rosters injuries upcoming bye weeks etc

I can say with Pacheco I would target a manager with a winning record. Who can afford to wait on him and believes that Pacheco might put them over the top later this year. Good luck with it

Honestly for a 10 team that's pretty solid.
