In regular redraft without TE bonus, no. In dynasty, maybe, but in general, a third TE does not carry much positional benefit unless deep starters that would have you starting more than 1 TE every week. You could drop moss and hold for upcoming bye with the intention to trade him after week 10, but the gamble could be just dropping him too for the next guy up on the waiver then instead of churning the waiver for the next month. I still feel like the next Sean tucker or even untested pearsall is the better waiver target if you don't have positional need
