I wouldn't drop Bucky for Allen, but I would drop Ju Ju for him, I think Tucker was a one off kinda deal and Bucky is clearly the best RB in Tampa, and I dont think JuJu will have many games like he did last week either, you have strong recivers and JuJu will most likely be on your bench anyway, so grab Allen and see what happens, IMO
