Is Gibbs a buy low?

I’m in a bit of a pickle with RBs. I have Ken Walker RB1, then Jerome Ford, Trey Benson, and Kareem hunt on backup. I was offered James Conner for Xavier Worthy. I feel obligated to accept, but I fear I may be losing out on the upside of worthy for maybe 2 years of Conner. Thoughts?

Down by 30 in a non-ppr league - i have Cook and Garrett Wilson left. Cook is now out, do I drop Mostert or Waddle and pickup Ray Davis or just lick my woulds and move to 2-4. I do have Waiver 1 that doesn't reset after week so i could easily get Waddle or Mostert back.
