I tend to let players cultivate on other people’s rosters and then trade for them before I think they’ll hit. But with insane values of QB trade value, I imagine you’d have a hard time getting him when it’s close to time

I could see myself trading for Penix in a couple years as I see his value slowly falling for several years as did Jordan Love. I’m just not a Penix believer at all

Agree. He surely would have gotten a bump for a good landing spot. I’m definitely a little biased as I was already low on him pre-draft and this landing spot is just nightmare scenario
