I love Gibbs, but I’d have to take the package here. Unless you already have a top 5 TE. Just too much value in the package. TEP doesn’t actually change the value of a TE to your team, it changes whether a TE is viable in the flex spot

If it’s start 8/9 I’m leaning towards keeping Gibbs, but start 10+ I think you have to go package that’s so much value returned
