For me, this would depend on how soon you think you will need that QB to be a starter. If you are looking for someone to be starter level in 2-3 years, then go with Travis. He will get an opportunity before Rattler. That being said, I think Rattler has a real shot at being a legit NFL starter in 3-5 years.
