Why is Deshaun Watson worth anything this season, or not?

So I would be getting Caleb I trade my 25 1st and my 6th rd pick in the start up for a 3rd rd pick in the start up to draft Tua? My other QB I drafted was Herbert. It's 3rd round reversal so I drafted Amon and Garret Wilson.
