aka the owners don't (and never did) value their fans enough to dish out the money to aquire / keep enough great players to win. All teams stand behind the salary cap and pretend they "want" to sign better players, but they "can't" because of the salary cap. The Salary Capis a slight speed bump at best.. We need to stop paying for tickets and buying merchandise from teams that are cheaping out on their end.
