List is valid. Tua should go down a tier though

Daniels will be elite in like three years

Stroud will go up after a few years too maybe not elite but he’ll be great at the least

Rodgers is good. Not having it. Jets are just a circus— partly because of him, but his play has been good.

Mayfield should be a tier up, and Watson should be a tier down.

How in earth is Herbert that high? Why has everyone just agreed that he’s great despite having accomplished nothing noteworthy?
