Love Vrabel but that Pats are bringing horrible karma to their org for how disrespectfully they used the Rooney Rule. Interviewing 2 black HC candidates that had no shot immediately just to check a box and be able to make an offer to Vrabel first is a really bad look and they deserve really bad luck.
