How are the Lions a C? I get the suffering for years, but if there's a a team thats turned it around it has got to be them. I figured they would be in the C+ to B range.

Okay… if trajectory is a thing, Commanders are not an F. I dont think theres a single team besides the Chiefs or Texans that has a more exciting future.
