12 Team SF Startup A pick in what round of a startup would allow me to move from 3.04 to 2.12? G. Wilson has fallen to the 2.12 and I’m trying to secure him

With my team I planned on taking MHJ at 1.02 but I’m unsure on what I should do at 1.06 idk if bowers will make it to me there or if I should look to trade it.
