Does anyone know if we can draft Vets only and then have rookie draft after the NFL draft this year?

Just have a waiver period before the rookie draft. Personally, I’d rather have the vets in the draft as it gives more targets draft picks. Or is this a startup?

Pretty sure there is a draft setting to not include rookies in the start up. Then you would set up the supplementary (“rookie”) draft sometime after the NFL draft
