in the short term yes. but as a Steelers fan this was a msg to Pickens to get your stuff together or no extension. I think there might be a chance he gets traded

I'm sure it is, but this could be a good thing for Pickens, it should take some of the defense focus off of him, it actually works out that way more often than not, what a player loses in targets he makes up in production

I’m buying low wherever I can. I think this might actually be better for him. Takes the defense off of him a little bit. Just look at JSN. Obviously JSN and Pickens work from different spots but DK draws a lot of defensive attention.
