Trade Give: Chase Brown, JSN, and a 2026 1st Receive: Jamarr Chase and Blake Corum I have a very competitive team and am wondering what the price for Chase is. Would you take it?

PPG has its place don’t get me wrong, but to try to discredit a top 10 finish just because he played all 17 and others didn’t feels disingenuous. Ability to stay on the field has to be a factor in strength of a fantasy asset too. We’re talking about a second year player who was an incredible prospect putting up a 100 reception season with 1100+ yards despite having a completely mediocre qb and competing with two extremely competent other WRs
Point is, say he gets a real qb in the next 3 years somehow, I don’t think 120 for 1450 and 14 TDs is out of the question. Absolutely a realistic outcome for the guy in the right situation, and that’s absolutely a potential WR1 overall season
I’m not even betting on him to do it. It’s not like I think he WILL hit that finish, but to discredit the potential is what feels disingenuous
@A440 Lamar almost doubled the production of Herbert and Caleb this year. Does that mean it’s impossible for either of them to ever have a QB1 finish?
Chase had almost 33% more points than the WR2 this year. Talking about point delta between anyone and one of the greatest single WR seasons of all time as an argument against a future WR1 finish just isn’t an honest approach. Same thing for Lamar, one of the greatest single season fantasy performances ever. That isn’t a knock on other QBs, and it’s not a realistic expectation for that to be hit again

@A440 btw, Chase’s 2024 season was the 4th highest fantasy scoring season of all time. Knocking that and saying it’s not historic just because 2 of the other 3 came close to him is just a bad faith argument. A top 5 all time season is a top 5 all time season. If Mahomes throws 70 TDs next year and Josh Allen throws 60 the year after that, are we gonna say “it’s not historic it’s not even the most this decade”
I’m not trying to win, but you calling a top 5 all time WR season non-historic is just nonsensical. Saquon 2k yard season just isn’t historic at all because it’s happened before too I guess
Mahomes hitting that 50 TD season isn’t historic because it happened 2 times before already.

And all this being said, I think personally I’d lean Chase in this deal, but really can’t fault anyone for going one way or the other. Feels like pretty damn fair value
