I'm in a hard rebuild right now, looking to probably move Tyrone Tracy. I know that sounds dumb, bit he's way overhyped and I think I can get back better in return? What should I be looking to get though?

not a dumb idea at all. I like Tracy but given his age and DC, it is unlikely he retains a true RB1 role next yr and NY should add weapons everywhere that may limit his upside. so now in my opinion would be the time to capitalize and aim for a 2nd at minimum

Any first he’s gone, idc what year. More realistically, find a team that’s competitive and need RB depth and try to package a player + Tracy for a better younger player

If you can, try to package Tracy with another decent player and see if you can get Irving

I traded him 1:1 for Aiyuk

I’d be looking to get an early 2nd for him

I think he’s actually better than his value. That being said, the rest of what is said is true. I’d also add, that in an extreme rebuild, shorting your RB position is the best way to build while effectively tanking to increase future draft capital. Can easily build extremely strong pillars at QB, WR, and TE while keeping RB an extreme weak spot. Then using capital to backfill the position when it’s time to push. That doesn’t mean not to get RBs, as that’s the position you can easily farm and sell in season (since people neglect the position till they realize they need it to compete).
