What do y'all value Trey McBride as in a 1 QB Half-PPR league? I am targeting him and not sure what to offer

I have him in 1 QB PPR league. It would take at least an early 25 1st and something else for me to move him. What picks / players you got to trade?

McBride is worth a fair amount less in HPPR. He’s a target hog, but doesn’t get value targets. Also have to imagine that MHJ will become more consistently involved in his sophomore year. Don’t get me wrong, he’s definitely a top 5 TE regardless, but I might target other good, cheaper TEs that are set to emerge.
