I'm not sure about ideal, ours has 12 teams, 10 bench, 3 IR, and 6 taxi squad. We don't heve IDP.

It’s all about personal preference I like 1 Qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 te 2 flex the best im ok with defense, but I don’t care for kickers. I also like a large bench. Taxi is ok
