As the commissioner, would you allow the worst team in the league who has the Vikings DST trade them away to the #2 team in the league to receive Travis Etienne?

Also it doesn’t get any better then that your last place team is dishing out a defence to get a starting RB , would you rather him trade away players ? Lol

The trade is fair in isolation. I would lean no - don’t veto. Is it worth nuking the league because the #2 team got a defense? lol. I think not
