Step #1. Include league format, scoring and size when asking for advice. Step #2. Trade fields three weeks ago. Step #3. Go get your picks back. Pretty crucial for a rebuild. Step #4. Trim the productive elder statesmen for picks and prospects. Jacobs, JT, Keenan, Mooney, Sutton. I’d sell high on Pickens too if someone’s biting. Step #5. Remember how you got here and learn from your mistakes. No first for the next three years is wild
