If I’m the chase owner I probably keep chase since I know he’s got it in him. I think the trade is fairish, but I wouldn’t take it.

Way too low for Chase. Harrison and Chubb is not a sure thing. Harrison is having rookie struggles and Chubb just came back to a shit show.
