It’s close but I would lean B in a vacuum. That’s very flawed logic to say “all picks will be late” you can try to predict 2025 picks with decent accuracy, but so much changes year to year that any estimation of 2026/2027 picks is a guess at best.

IMO if I’m giving up 3 1sts and probably the equivalent of 2 2nds if you call QJ “roughly a 2nd”, I better be getting back someone like JJ/Chase/Lamb. Too much long-term value is lost in this trade for a “short-term” asset like Saquon. If you’re getting the picks then easily smash accept this trade

When trading guys like olave and Barkley you need young talent sent back along with picks. The chance you hit on those late first hoping to get a talent like those two are slim to none

If you’re contending and Barkley pushes you over the edge then go for it. The game is about winning titles, not accumulating picks.

You just might not be competitive again for 4 or 5 years
