Should I start Pickens against the cowboys or DJ Moore against the panthers?

My recievers are JJ,Nico,Higgins,Olave with odunze and tutu on my bench as well as a running back room of saquan,Brian Robinson, and Jordan Mason and chase brown. Did I make the mistake in taking the risk or did I win this trade?
