If I’m the 49ers I’m holding CMC out until at least after their bye week. Maybe even longer. You do not wanna get to the playoffs and not have him playing. Is Jordan Mason good? Yes obviously. But he’s not CMC. IF THEYRE SMART they keep him out until week 12. Get him to play in a couple games if he looks good and you are into the playoffs sit him last game of season
