I like B Pearsall landed in a great offense for a reciver, may be next year before he is a starter in fantasy but think he will be a good receiver for a long time, and Burton is my sleeper wr, Boyds targets are up for grabs, and I feel like the Bengals downgraded at TE, so that will be a factor, and Higgins and Chase both seem to miss a game or two every year, plus Burton is a good reciver, i think he will be the first big waiver rush for this year
Burton>>>Ladd
From a talent perspective, he’s the best player of these three. Cincy was such an incredible landing spot for him. That culture should fix any of his attitude issues
Having said all that, you can probably get more than this based on the hype around Ladd

if you really wanna target pearsall and burton just buy both mid season when they both underpreform and their managers get frustrated, i highly doubt either one will put up big numbers this year barring a big move like aiyuk or higgins leaving
