12T 1QB PPR Start 8 (2RB, 2WR, TE, 2 Flex) Fringe competitor. Looking for ideas to make this team stronger. QB: Lamar, TLaw RB: Breece, Monty, Gus, Chubb, Singletary WR: Garrett, London, Nico, Olave, Wicks, Mooney TE: Engram, Kraft, Mayer Picks: 2 2025 3rds

Tough to say. You probably need a 2nd RB, or at the least better depth. But you don’t really have anything you can trade to get it unless you can find someone in love with Wicks or Mooney. But even then, your depth all around is very shallow. If you can use TLaw to downtier and get other pieces, or trade Kraft to the Musgrave owner (or Mayer to the Brock owner), those are about the only avenues I can see going without hurting another area of your team. Could potentially downtier a WR to grab a fringe upside player (Flowers, Pickens, etc.) and grab another piece. That’s another option.

Thanks @A440 yeah. This team went 0-13 last year. Complete overhaul. Got some possible studs but depth is a huge issue. The Cook owner offered me 2 2025 1st on top for Breece. Just don’t know if I’m in the position to compete yet. If not, I’d take it.

@A440 one will likely be top 2-4. Other will be late 8-12. He offered Ray Davis or McMillan on top.

It’s owned by a guy that has 6 2025 1st. He sold everything.

Hmmmm….if you built for next year, it would be nice to be able to tank and get better value in the process. Which you could easily do by moving off of Breece and then moving your other RB pieces

I could trade Breece to the cook owner for cook plus the 2025 1st that will def be the 1.01 next year.

@A440 yeah. He owns 3. 2 are going to be top 4. One is for sure 1.01. And his late 2025 1st. He won’t do the top 2

Tough call. You’re in the position I hate the most. Where I feel like I have a legit shot, but objectively know it’s probably not going to happen without luck.

But I would say that if you choose now to work on next year, you can grab the firsts, then trade Cook later for another, which then allows you to also move off Monty, Singletary, and potentially even Gus (definitely Chubb if you get a bite). With all that cap, I imagine you could plug holes and expand depth in the draft and be right in it next year
