Thoughts on Estime? I know he's behind javonte right now, but I could see a scenario where he's the starter next year. Is it a reach to draft him at the 2.10 in a 1qb league?

I wouldn’t pick him until the third personally

agree kind of a reach because of the WRs in that range I like more. and because of where he will be on depth chart you should be able to get at discount in season

Rule of Thumb: if he’s YOUR guy, go get him. If you think he’ll be the starter next year (I don’t) then 2.10 is a STEAL!!

For what its worth, imo Javonte is going to leave after this season. Payton didnt draft him, and hes the kind of coach that wants "his" guys.

Estime has a chance at the job in 2025, but the draft capital is totally replaceable

Especially because the rb class next year is above average

I don’t see a world where he’s the starter next year. Not with the incoming class

There’s a chance he’s the starter this year still, but he’ll be splitting with McL (who might be the one you want most). That being said, yes, it’s a reach. Estime is a late third and forth rounder. No one else right now will be clamoring for him, so take the other good talent first in that range.

I personally think he’ll get lost in the committee of RBs in Denver this year but I do like him. I think McLaughlin would be the back I’d want to roster behind Javonte this year

Estime is the quintessential plodding JAG— higher chance of him not making the roster next year than starting. He’s waiver fodder….
