I’d say more than possible - it’s likely

They typically do for criminal matters. Haven’t seen anything scheduled for the criminal case yet. Last I saw, the civil cases are scheduled for December. If I were to guess, they’ll let the majority of it all play out then make a decision based on the all encompassing issues. The reporter incident, to me, is going to be the escalator. I thought he’d be fine before, but that incident will ramp up the likely penalty immensely, as it moves the NFL from needing to be consistent to the NFL needing to make an example.

Point being, there was more than enough just at face value (to an average fan like me) to determine he was guilty regardless of whether charges were filed. NFL won’t just sweep that away
