Would you give up Justin Jefferson for Marvin Harrison Junior and Michael Pittman in a dynasty super flex .5 PPR?

Imagine a world: JJettas = best receiver in the league for 8 years (already is) MVH + Pittman = MVH blows achilles and can't get back to form. Pittman, a good wr1, not HOF, and maybe a solid 5-6 career before irrelevance
