Can someone fill me in on why Herbert is valued where he’s at?

All these QBs are essentially interchangable CJ, burrow, dak, love, purdy, herbert, it's literally pick your preferred player
they move up and down in the rankings every few months
id possibly even take him over stroud
he was on pace for a top 5 finish before he got hurt
despite having a horrid offensive situation with his coach, injuires, o-line
at least with harbaugh he'll have more protection a better offensive minded head coach and i do expect the chargers do give him at least one more weapon but even then herbert doesnt need much anyways because hes literally justin herbert
Even when he had Williams he didn’t really have Williams, he is ranked where he is because he is young and threw for unprecedented numbers of yards his first few seasons. With a healthy Herbert and some new weapons he will get. He’s probably undervalued honestly
I think he’ll be more dangerous with an improved run game
Situation is temporary, talent is long term. He’s just been given a 260+ mil contract. There’s no way a head coach has been brought in to sideline him. They’ll build a better run game, reinvest in younger talent at receiver, and open up more room for Herbert to cook. He’s got a long career ahead of him and he’ll be fine.
