Y not keep the picks, get MHJ, Nabers, Daniel's/Maye. Or trade those to get something else, a lot of value in those picks you could get.

If you get lucky, 1.04, 1.05, and 2.01 get you Bijan. If you want Chase, you wil need to add the 1.01

I’d offer the 3 first and see what happens. It’s a low offer for sure, but people are kinda insane about the picks this time around year. It’s at least enough to get a counter to work with.
