I looked over the personal conduct policy briefly and as far as league discipline goes the term PLAYERS is stressed over and over again. Not MANAGEMENT or OWNERS. While it does state that EVERYONE should conduct themselves appropriately the punishment section seemed to pertain to the PLAYERS
