“27.5% of Philip Rivers’ pass attempts went to RBs last season. Austin Ekeler averaging eye-opening .12 catches per snap in career. https://t.co/33dBNatDDK”
Doesn’t anyone remember how having zero TE catching prowess helps a RBs reception floor?
@BRob1129 .12
Austin Ekeler is fun-sized
They’ll pay Gordon. They don’t make a deep playoff run without him.
@SleepyDillon Jackson is 3 pounds lighter than Ekeler, and most certainly not built for that. He has a 0th percentile body fat rating I believe.
That's about the same percentage as their stadium attendance.
@gucci17 Rivers is everybody's daddy, the man is allergic to condoms
Hunter Henry TE1 this year
@CurtyMcFly Cohen is a sproles archetype. Ekeler is completely different and is more woodhead for an archetype that would make sense to chargers fans.
@mr2013 he is one of the most efficient players in the league, I think he is 3rd in efficiency, meaning he does a lot with the little touches he gets, if those touches increase, so will his fantasy points
https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/justin-jackson/ “0th Percentile BMI” He is not a workhorse in the NFL.
@Rgm88 .12 = 1.2 catches per 10 snaps
AFTER LOOKING AT THE CHIEFS ROSTER I HAVE CONCLUDED THAT TRAVIS KELCE IS THE TIGHT END TO OWN THERE
That's funny when they say a back that's around 200 lbs isn't built to be a workhorse. Then I remember guys like CJ2K and Jamaal Charles
@gucci17 one of the cheerleaders is probably better
@Nick153 justin Jackson was a 3 down back in college. Just cuz they didnt dish him the ball as much as gordon in the 1 game he played doesnt mean he cant handle it.
@Nick153 but both will see increased workloads. Ekeler already is worth owning in fantasy.
@ahenry1939 agreed, he and Ekeler will split the role. I’m saying neither will have the full load. As, neither would be able to handle it.
WHO ELSE HERE IS A COX LOVER
I have recently acquired a 2nd GF and I have notified them it will be a competition at camp to see who will get the starting role, I have told my sources that I may do a split back field this year
it will be interesting to see how Henry affects the pass distribution in this offense.
@Sm4shbox hard to make a deep run with him considering he fades down the stretch every year.
@tjfowle2 I see you disagree, except Jackson has a 0th percentile BMI and is 193 pounds. He does not shout workhorse by any stretch of the imagination. If you think Ekeler is too small for a workhorse role, Justin Jackson is smaller.
@Nick153 false. Jackson was a workhorse in college
