He probably plead guilty because the prosecution agreed to give him a slap on the wrist if he plead guilty, as opposed to the full force of the law if he plead innocent and was found guilty. I’ve done some paralegal work in the criminal sector - people who swear they’re innocent and seem to be telling the truth plea guilty all the time.

@HowdyHangman I’m with you. Had he fought and lost... We wouldn’t know who Tyreek Hill is. To a kid out of nowhereville GA and your options are jail and forfeiting any chance at the NFL or 3 years of being a good human being with the possibility of playing in the NFL. Most of us would choose the path to the NFL.
